Additional Troubleshooting Tips
We are aware of an issue using fireTV, but here is what you can do mean time to get going.
Start your firetv app go to settings, then applications, then scroll down to manage installed applications find WS app click on it, scroll down
- Force Close app
- Select clear cache
- Start up the app
- Login using your EMAIL
Always make sure you downloaded the latest version.
If some videos work and there might be one video that crash the app, please provide what video you specifically have issues with. Or If the app crash on a certain screen it’s very useful to know what screen.
